Property Management
At Gervin Management, we realize that no two properties are exactly alike. For this reason, we customize our administrative services to meet the needs of each individual property.
We often hear from both new and existing property owners that one of their main concerns is knowing the rules governing their condominium complex or townhouse association.
Because our systems are web-based, you as a property owner will always have complete access to what is happening within your community.

Act As Liaison with Owners, Contractors, Accountants, Attorneys, Realtors, Insurance Companies, and Government Agencies
As part of our administrative responsibilities, we act as a liaison with owners, accountants, attorneys, realtors, insurance agents, and even government agencies. Therefore, we can help if someone has a problem with a fellow resident or a legal matter or a specific question from a realtor.
Provide documents requested for sale and/or refinance of units
We can produce documents needed for the sale and/or refinance of units.
If property owners need assistance renting a unit or multiple units, we can help them attract quality tenants. Our extensive background in property management means that we know what needs to be cleaned and repaired to appeal to other tenants.
As soon as we take over management, we inspect properties thoroughly to determine their condition and recommend any possible fixes or upgrades.
As a family-owned business, Gervin Management takes special pride in offering a personalized level of service that many larger property management companies simple cannot provide. For this reason, we schedule, notify owners, and attend Annual Membership Meetings to enable new and current owners to put a face to our names. We want people to get to know us as both efficient caretakers and knowledgeable resources for their property association.
Any property management company can pay the bills and collect rent. Knowing the responsibilities and risks associated with residential communities and commercial complexes and how to manage those risks, however, is what sets Gervin Management apart. We possess both the knowledge and experience to keep properties running smoothly without making homeowners feel like they are just another number. Whether it is a large commercial property or a group of townhouses or rental units, our team works with homeowners to meet their property-related needs.
