I lived at one of Gervin Management complexes they manage. They are very detailed with information before and afterward your move. Their on line portals are easy to use. You can do everything you need to online such pay your rent, schedule maintenance if needed and much more. When you call the office you get to speak to a live person and not pushed to a voicemail. Gervin Management has managed our Condominium Association for over 15 years during which time I have been the President of the association. They collect dues efficiently and promptly. The meticulous appearance of our development is due to the high level of repairs and maintenance they have arranged and to their ability to contain costs. I used Gervin Management to list my home for sale and to find the perfect home to buy. I tried selling my house for two years without any luck. Gervin’s staff took professional photos of my home, took aerial views with a drone, and designed a virtual tour of the house. All were courteous and tried to make the entire experience not stressful. Lorraine, my realtor, was patient with scheduling the dozens of tours of homes for sale, even at the last minute. We have had Gervin Management take care of our snow removal for several years. They are incredibly responsive, professional and friendly. We always know we can rely on their service and appreciate how quickly they clean after each snowfall. They communicate via email during each snow storm so you know when to expect service. Our complex has never looked so good. I can’t thank Gervin enough for the incredible job they do every year. Whether it’s cutting the grass to perfection or the planting of our summer and fall flowers which always look so beautiful. They take the extra time to color coordinate all the flowers, spread the mulch around them and do not leave until it is picture perfect. They take pride in their work and it shows!
